NB: we ask you to kindly inform us your payment or manner. The balance must be paid upon arrival, providing in addition a deposit of € 100 which will be returned on departure after checking the good condition of the furniture and equipment included in the apartment. For any cancellation the refund of the 70% deposit only if the cancellation is made within 30 days from the date of arrival

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: The arrival time is generally scheduled between 11 am and 13 am and 16:30 and 19 and must still be agreed and communicated at the time of booking. For arrivals extra time is a system of self-check in with a safe combination at the entrance of the structure. The apartment must be vacated by 10 am the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed. In case of departure after that time will be charged an additional daily fee. No pets allowed
