Suvereto

This charming medieval village whose delightful old town built of stone houses in total respect of the original structure is still collected from the walls.

Winds in the area an important feature of the Wine Road of the Etruscan Coast, that of the Val di Cornia DOC and Suvereto. A wine, the latter of great value, more and more known and appreciated, the meeting point between tradition and innovation, where the vines typical of this region, such as sangiovese, join the cabernet, merlot and sirah.

Have been built in the area some of the most beautiful wine cellars in the world, appreciated by architects and art critics. The protagonist of the circuit of the "City of wine and oil," Suvereto is also known for its mills. The extra virgin olive oil is, in fact, a real quality product and good accompanies the delicious cuisine of this land's visit to wineries and olive oil mills with wine tasting, tasting of oils and local products, make this unforgettable itinerary of taste.
Worth a visit the Town Hall, the parish church of San Giusto, the Museum of Sacred Art, housed in the church of San Michele Arcangelo and the traditional prize of the "Corsa delle Botti", hosted in Suvereto twice a year.

Suvereto is about 15 km from the residence, and is connected to Piombino with Bus
